Share something from your week that you have seen, heard, touched, tasted, or smelled that brought you deep joy. How can you memorialize that moment to remind you of God’s love and/or your love for yourself?
There was no Monday post this week since I am in a week-long intensive course on vocation that I am LOVING. Wishing you all a gentle landing for the rest of this week!
That photo is beautiful. 💚 My son-in-law made papaya salad this week and it was such a labor of love. We took it for granted when we lived in Cambodia. Could get it any time we wanted for $1 or less. Each bite was like a happy memory.
I was feeling a way about the amount of administrative prowess I need for this week (overwhelmed is the way I was feeling), and as I was perusing a book for poems for my sons for school, I found Rita Dove's "Daystar." A gift.
I'm recently gluten free and while I love food, it's been hard to find things I really enjoy as I navigate this major change. I did have an amazing latte situation with cayenne and cinnamon that I wasn't sure I'd like (AMAZING) and I've been craving sunshine on my skin and have gotten that multiple times this week.

I can almost taste this happiness!
